I have honestly just got too busy. That's not to say I won't in the future, but I also won't commit to anything either. Doing this for just going on a year has taught me one very important thing though. It is so important to take time for yourself and that becomes even more important when you become a parent. It doesn't have to be a lot of time, just regularly. I know it makes me a better mother.
